Valdemaras Rodzko
Chief Executive Officer
Valdemaras Rodzko is the Managing Director and CEO of Caerus Biotech, as well as the CEO of GryNumber Health Group. A former Business Development Manager for GlaxoSmithKline in Central Europe, Valdemaras holds more than two decades of managerial experience in the field of international pharma marketing and business development. Since 2019, Valdemaras has also served as the President of the Pharmaceutical Licensing Group in Central and Eastern Europe (PLG CEE). In addition to this, Valdemaras is a qualified Medical Doctor and possesses a Master of Management.
Evaldas Brazaitis
Chief Medical Officer
Evaldas Brazaitis is a Co-Founder and the Chief Medical Officer of both Caerus Biotech and GryNumber Health. He has extensive experience in the biotechnology and medical marketing fields, having formerly served as the Head of Biotech for the healthcare business, Merck Serono, and as a Group Production Manager for GlaxoSmithKline. Evaldas is a qualified Medical Doctor and holds a Master of Management, having conducted higher studies in Sweden, Norway and Lithuania.
Martynas Linkevičius
Chief Commercial Officer
As a Chief Commercial Officer, Martynas spearheads Caerus Biotech’s vast network of global partnerships. He has led multiple product launches and managed the fertility portfolio strategy within the GryNumber Health Group. Previously, Martynas contributed to GlaxoSmithKline’s business development initiatives in Central and Eastern Europe. A Global Business graduate from the University of Redlands in California, he has completed an additional course on EU business affairs at the University of Freiburg in Germany.
Neringa Jasaityte Kupriene
Chief Financial Officer
Neringa serves as a finance director at Caerus Biotech and GryNumber Health companies. She brings in wide experience mainly from retail and telecommunications industries, where she has held different roles in finance management, business controlling and internal audit. Neringa holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics and is a Fellow in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Dominyka Liaudanskaitė
Project Specialist
Dominyka is a Project Specialist at Caerus Biotech, working on strategic business development and partner identification initiatives. She has previously supported GryNumber Health with special project management. Prior to this, Dominyka authored a number of academic articles on novel medical materials. Her work has featured in renowned publications like the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. Dominyka is a graduate of Vilnius University, Faculty of Medicine.
Nikola Sakalou
Business Development and Operations
Nikola serves as Caerus Biotech‘s Business Development Manager. A skilled project manager with a seven-year track record at GryNumber Health, Nikola has demonstrated his proficiency in an international pharmaceutical environment. Nikola has vast experience in compliance and regulatory affairs. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from ISM University of Management and Economics.
Tomas Meigys
Logistics & Customer Service Specialist
Tomas is the Customer Service & Logistics specialist at Caerus Biotech and GryNumber Health. Previously, Tomas worked in customer service at one of the world’s leading courier and logistics companies, and, as part of the Special Services team, demonstrated his expertise in logistics, shipping and building unique transport solutions.
Vaida Raziūnaitė
Quality Assurance Manager
Vaida acts as Quality Assurance Manager at Caerus Biotech. Over the years Vaida headed the function in various local and international entities, Sanofi Lithuania being among them. Vaida ensures that Caerus Biotech follows ISO and other standards essential for Caerus Biotechnologies as legal manufacturer. She holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from Kaunas Medical University.
